This will be one of the many more self portraits with a nice and interesting accent wall in the background. I actually started collecting photo like this when I was in college but all of them were not backed up when the Multiply site was turned down.
I rave with amusement every time I encounter art deco walls. I just love to examine all the lovely highlights, designs, decals, curving, accents and even brush strokes. I want to revel in its art, and the message it is trying to express. They are art nouveau to me and it wows me whenever I see one and that never fails.
