The boyfriend’s birthday is coming. So lately I had a lot of internet
browsing about ideas on what to give him as he turns 29 this coming
25th of October. Then I stumbled upon this Want Need Wear Read at Simple
Kids blog. This made me remember the daily Monita-Monito tradition of
my siblings. We’ve been doing the “something you want, something you
need, something to wear, and something to read” and a lot more of
something every day, themed-gifts for several years as kids. Sometimes
we include Mama and Papa. But sadly, when everyone moved out from home
this gift giving suddenly stopped and only do it once a year on the day
of Christmas.
Want, Need, Wear, Read - A Simple Gift Giving Philosophy
The concept is brilliant and I think this is perfectly designed for the coming Christmas. And because I’m feeling extra virtually generous this season this made me decide to make my own take. :)
Here’s the first, for Mel’s birthday.
